Today has been just awful I have not moved out of bed ! I went to sleep crying and woke up crying I can't stop these suicidal thoughts my heads a real mess at the moment I literally can not sleep :/ work in the morning which I'm dreding let's just hope tomorrow's a Better day ?!

Make today that 'better day'. Honestly, if you know for sure that something in your life is actively making you this unhappy - then you should really get rid of it. Bad job, partner etc. Hopefully leaving you more focused and leave you motivated to find something better for yourself.

Maybe this is one of those days when you just have to stay with those feelings until they pass. If I were you would get yourself a nice warm drink, a hot water bottle if you get cold feet, a teddy or something warm to cuddle and just take time out from the world. I have done that frequently and find in time the feelings do pass. Feeling suicidal is not harmful. Let yourself feel sorry for yourself, you presumably have reason, and when you are exhausted you will sleep and in time that will be good for you. Then's the time to make yourself seek help by seeing your GP or someone who will support you and want to understand why you feel so low.

Then run unti you sweat.Wait a few minutes to cool down and bath
This could be a sign you are under a lot of stress I think you need to see your GP even for sleep as well as the suicidal thoughts before it gets worse. I have anxiety and depression and I found CBT Therapy and Mirtzazapine helpful. Take care XX
All the darkness in all the world cannot put out the light of a single candle. If you need strength then everyone is here to help you build that strength. One way that really helps is to welcome in the feeling and then let go of the thought. To cry is a release. Welcome in all those feelings you have and let go of the thoughts. Relax your mind and be happy. There is only one of you in the world and you are wonderful. Each one of us is wonderful. A problem shared is a problem halved. My wish for every one here... all of you.... is that you all find the happiness and love that is here for you always. To find it... welcome in everything you feel and let it go. Let go of thought and thoughts. There are billions of thoughts all around us. make the connections to the thoughts you want to think about...the thoughts that bring you happiness. Then welcome them in too and let them go. May your day of crying be a good release. Welcome it in and let it go from your mind. Feel the strength of one word....love.

Time to go back to the doctors, as you know this isnt normal for you. It might be time to take some time off. It might be the meds or lack of them. Or you need to thinking about changing them if your on some.
Either way doctors ASAP
