Pain in my private area

I looking for information for pain and discomfort in my left testicle behind my scrotum and in my back side like hot pains any ideas seen doctors been going on for a long time it's seems to be mostly when I am sitting down if I standing up or doing things I seem to be fine

My dad (aged 71) has had similar on/off for years at infrequent times and attributes it as a symptom of BPH. If regular, probably best to see a doctor for a diagnosis. Following that, I'd suggest Nutritional Therapy (which my dad follows) rather than prescription drugs.
