I am 41 years and while having intercourse with my partner and during erection of my penis,the foreskin was not able to retract and facing problem. When I apply oil around my foreskin then my foreskin retract. Is it good to apply oil and have intercourse with my partner. Please suggest or should I have to go for circumcision

Try lube instead of oil. (I presume you're using olive oil?). Oil will be ok, but lube is better. Remember if you're using a condom don't use oil at all, it degrades the material.

Circumcision is an option but if you can pull back then a bit more stretching will help.

Coconut oil is a good natural option as a lube .

Since you have a non-invasive solution then perhaps no treatment is needed. Also consider plastic correction to relieve the tightness rather than circumcision.
