Frequency in urination

I urinate a lot in the night and day time. My sugar level was 5.4 but my prostate is enlarged. What should I do?

I recently had Holep laser surgery after suffering same issue for over 10 years , you must get checked for prostate cancer first but if it’s just BPH which is very common , get the surgery it’s life changing , I couldn’t even go out for a decent walk in the end , public transport was a complete no no . Now I empty my bladder like an 18 yr old , the urologist said why didn’t you come sooner , the old reason money , I paid private amazing treatment .good luck 👍

I agree, years of misery (in hindsight) rectified by surgery (turp in my case). But yes, you need the cancer check for sure. Presumably if you know you have an enlarged prostate you are already under a Dr?

If you have an enlarged prostate, then your doctor should have referred you to a Urologist. If he hasn't even done that, he's being negligent. Return to your doctor immediately. Whichever country you live in, do your homework and find a support group as a matter of urgency. A support group will give you tremendous support and very good advice. Absolutely do not ignore seeing a Urologist because the longer you delay, the worse the problem will become, the consequences could be dire for you.
