I have left scrotal pain for long time. Started in 1994. Intermittent pain gets worse with running. US scan showed mild varicocele. It is not causing any problem with my fertility or performance. I am facing erectile dysfunction and need serious help about the cure/treatment.

Previously, if I was on my feet and active all day, I’d get pain in my right testicle as the day wore on. All scans were normal. Problem solved by wearing tight fitting briefs or jockstrap.

Have you spoken to your GP about your ED concerns?

Funnily enough I experienced testicle pain through too much swimming training in tight trunks – and solved it by switching to loose boxer shorts when not in the pool. So experimenting with different underwear worked for me as well.

xsevenx similar here. I have had testicle pain for several years following an injury. Support helps but wearing it all day causes its own discomfort!

I have had a mild varicocele for most of my life. However with aging, I have started to have a dull pain, on and off. Exercise exacerbates it. Wearing boxers also does not work for me. Switching to tight briefs helps.
