I have a tight foreskin. I can pull it back all the way to the head when flaccid but if i get a boner during it, it begins to hurt. I also can not pull it bacl fully when erect. I find it difficult to pull foreskin back over tip too.

Do i need to seek medicamedical attention or not. I have added a couple of pictures. Both are flaccid

If you go to the doctor they can give you a cream that’ll help you stretch and loosen your foreskin over time with some stretching methods. You could do the same at home without but the cream really helps with the process
