Post versectomy pain

Hi everyone.

I had my versectomy 9 days ago now. The swelling has finally gone down, but there seems to be a hardish mass just next to my penis. Yo be honest it feels like a whole other testicle. It sore to touch but has slowly been getting better. Has anyone else noticed or experienced this. Still having to wear tight underwear and when they hang low, it starts to ache.

No idea, but I'd call the hospital where you had the op, I'm sure they'll know.
