Is your situation causing you a health problem ? Perhaps a mental health problem.
You may be, but it really depends if you are over thinking situations ? Take a step back and ask yourself is it a worry, if so it may be worth discussing your situation and feelings with someone close to you or if that not possible then a Health professional.
Many 'helplines' are also available. Here is a good start.
