A concern about foreskin

Hi, I do not know much about some things and need an answer. I recently pulled back my foreskin for the first time as it has been tight. I followed some advice online and it helped. However when I pulled it back, it got coughed behind the head. I successfully put it back right but I’m scared to try again. Can anyone help?

You need to stretch the foreskin opening. Start with one finger, then 2 etc, a couple times a day as the opening get larger add a another finger. This is easy to do and that last thing you want to do is to ger circumcised.

Why not show an Urologist/ GP/Surgeon ? It appears you need circumcision

Why is your answer to every such query ‘get a circumcision’? It’s not something to undergo lightly if it’s not necessary.

If it;s not necessary , surgeon will not do the operation . By stretching by inserting finger etc. no one can elongate of expand the naturally obtained size of foreskin. If it is due to infection in smegma due to high blood sugar [which happened to me] removal of skin is a simple five minutes operation [by local anesthesia] and is safe .After operation the glans is open and lifelong no infection can happen, otherwise at old age even cancer can happen when people can't clean and wash everyday. Some religions prescribe circumcision at childhood itself . So far as sexual intercourse is concerned an openable foreskin may induce pleasure at the tip of clitoris .But there is no guarantee as sexual pleasure varies from person to person [desire and mood has a role] .The G-spot for each lady is different. Some religions feel that an open glans is capable to please ladies better due to friction. The biggest advantage is cleaning. Incidentally I have not seen anybody else's penis in my life.But I have seen mostly in all porn films in internet sites the glans are open and circumcised. Initially for few days one can try to masturbate with steroid creams expecting it may stretch , actually infection if any will go. I am telling all these from my own experience only.It is upto you to take doctor's advice or my advice. Wish you all the best dear.

I wouldn’t count in that. Urologist make their living by cutting. $15-2500 for 1/2 to an hour’s work beats $85 for a ten min visit.

Very similar problem to you when I was younger. It was a bit worrying at that time, but it did get easier to pull back up. I never deliberately forced it down, if it occurred naturally during sex then I would ease it up afterwards. For me I never had sex without a condom until I was in my late twenties and that is when I discovered the issue.

These are a bit easier than using fingers I found and when used in conjunction with steroid cream from the doctor it has good results for many people. In the end I still had to have the circ but I recommend trying everything else first.
