Doesn’t have a tip to pop so I don’t think it’s a cyst or pimple.
Very small , doesn’t hurt.

If you think it is a swollen lymph node then you should get it checked by a doctor. They can be signs of infection or lymphoma.
I would seek medical advice. Don’t put it off.
