Neuritis/ neuralgia ?

Maybe once or twice a year I get a stabbing pain in my ear but doctor says it’s not ear infection. Also the most annoying part is a tingly/irritated scalp that is perfectly divided down the middle to one side only. It’s like a feeling of “aarrrgggghhhh don’t touch that”.

Any ideas ??

I suspect that you need to see an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist for investigation. If it is not an infection it must be something else.
