Hi,I have similar white spots that occasionally open and a small stone comes out. Had them a long time, I am 66 and not caused me bother.

Your scrotum looks very dry and cracked. You better get it checked.

I agree with Hidden & Hidden - you really ought to see a doctor about this.

I am East Asian and have black spots/moles on my sack. Had it checked by a few doctors and they say it’s normal. But check yours with GP in case.

It looks normal. They are called Fordyce spots.
