Can’t tell if this is a cold sore or a canker sore. It has a small white circle in the middle but has a big round red base. Can anyone tell what it is? Also I recently got an STD screening and they all came back negative.

What herpes were you tested for? A cold sore is herpes!
Take some zinc and L-Lysine. When you see cold sore remedies they sometimes have a -L in their name. It’s the L-lysine that works.
