You need to be seen by a doctor to prescribe the appropriate medication for your condition. We cannot diagnose nor prescribe medication as we are not doctors.

Without examination and possible lab tests, no “civilian” could give any recommendations. You must see a doctor.

Go see a doctor man. It could be a lot of things most easily treated by prescription.
