Sound like Newton’s Cradle in my head

Hi, I feel like I have been going crazy but for the last 3 years I have had this awful on and off noise in my head that sounds like Newton’s cradle. Sometimes when I bob my head up and down I get one tick that sounds exactly like Newton’s cradle. However it is just one singular tick that goes away as quickly as it comes. I have had an X-ray but they found nothing. Does anyone know what I should do? Is it something I should be really worried about. Just to clarify, I have not been experiencing and brain tumour like symptoms and this has been going on for years so I don’t think that it is a brain tumour. It just has been really worrying me lately.

You would probably be best served seeing a neurologist and possible having a head CT.

Hi, just a though, & may be off tangent, but, have you considered seeing your Dentist & getting them to x-ray to check your Jaw alignment?

Whatever the cause, it sounds like further exploration is needed! Good luck!
