Tinnitus.
I have developed Tinnitus, my right ear was found to be compacted with wax. The wax has now been removed, but the tinnitus is still there. Will it go away on its own or an I stuck with it for the rest of my life?

There are some excercises if you look around that have helped some but if it doesn't disappear within months you're basically stuck with it. Learn to live with it, and avoid loud sounds.
Hi ! I am sorry about what you are going through . In some cases it resolves on its own while in some cases it doesn't . Tinnitus is basically subjective and so only the person who has it can truly feel it's wrath . That being said , try to tune yourself out of thinking it's there by listening to music 🎶 at low volumes or keeping your self distracted . The moment the thought of tinnitus crosses your mind , you can expect it to hear it . So best tune it out till it goes off by its own. Also avoid loud sounds . All the very best !

I agree with CuriousQ, the more you think about it the worse it gets and it can lead to all manner of health concerns, mine developed after a heavy RTC and tried everything to alleviate the symptoms to no avail. I have learned to block it out and hear it if I listen for it or if i'm stressed, try not to worry and accept it for what it is and live your life.
