Weight Lifting

So I’m about 8 and half weeks in after my heart attack and I feel pretty great! I’m averaging around 11 miles a day on my push bike and some days completing over 30 miles 👍🏻

My next goal is to get back to some weight lifting and muscle strengthening, I can’t find a personal trainer online that has experience with heart attack victims.l and can’t seem to find any helpful material online either?

Can anybody out there recommend someone or point me in the right direction please?

The doctor dealing with your cardiac care will probably have contacts for approved post-cardiac event exercise. You really do need a specialist.
