I have a 75 year old grandfather who is very sick for about 1 month. He is unable to stand up, or sit for long, and also frequently unable to tell us when nature calls him(which is approximately 5-6 times or more per day), and thus spoils his clothes and room. In this lockdown we are unable to find hospitals to treat him. Thus we are bound to do the cleaning ourselves. But we're currently unable to continue the cleaning as we have become sick for this hard labour, and also, my mother is suffering from depression due to his deteriorating health. She cries very often and blames herself for all this. Please suggest us what to do ASAP.

He needs to be wearing incontinence pads. Does he have a long term condition causing the incontinence?
He has developed bedsores around the butt area after wearing the pads
Unfortunately he needs a medical assessment ( history and examination ) to see why he is unable to self care, it could be a wide range of causes, urinary tract infection, stroke , cardiac failure. He needs a proper medical assessment and relevant urine and blood investigations. My heart goes out to you but you need to get a doctor to see him.
I also suggest that if you mother is having issues with depression she also speaks with her GP. Support is out there, you just need to continue to access the NHS.

You really need a medical assessment, but just be wary that even though he may urinate a lot he will need to stay hydrated. Drinking plenty of water will help general wellness and can even lead to needing to pee less as the bladder can expand.
Good luck
