I'm desperately looking for help with my PTSD and depression.
I have tried CBT but I cannot go through that again.
What has worked for you guys and what else have you done maybe lifestyle wise that has helped?

Hi minipainter This lockdown is a bummer for all of us, more so if you are having to deal with PSTD too! However re PSTD ,different things work for each of us,for me it was talking about the event, recognizing how i defended myself and why. Realizing that i could change nothing, what i was doing and am doing less and less was my bodies/minds way of dealing with an experience that was un equated to any other that i have had,depression followed as part of it all! If you are unable to lose it after a year your gp would be the best help for you,medication for the depression and talking therapy for the PSTD.It will get less dont give up! the light at the end of the tunnel wont be a train!! I dont know if any of this makes sense but its good to talk!! stay safe, be well and as Woody Guthrie says "take it easy, take it slowly,but take it anyway you can!!
