Strange movement in pelvis/back of scrotum.

Recently when I am about to ejaculate I feel a very weird sensation in my balls/pelvis. It doesnt hurt, nor is it uncomfortable, however it has been worrying me as it just feels very unnatural. Basically, when I am about to ejaculate, I feel what seems to be a 'tube' moving/shifting in my pelvis, running into my balls. Can anyone help me diagnose this problem and possibly treat it? Do I need to see a GP?

None of them fit. Thanks anyway. This has happened before abour a year ago but the problem dissapeared after some time by itself. Just find it worrying because I cant find a single person who has experienced the same problem online.

Agreed could be a hernia . You should have a medical assessment/examination .

You probably know more on thr subject than me but surely if I had a hernia there would be some sort of pain right? There is none. Also, I forgot to mention this has happened before around a year ago but it dissapeared by itself. I just find it worrying because I cant seem to find a single human on the internet who has experienced anything remotely similair.

Hernias usually cause discomfort if they are strangulated ..meaning restricted by the muscles around. They don't always have to be painful
