Hey everyone! I'm looking to chat with people about their mental health experience as an LGBT person (gay, bi or trans man).

I've found it hard to find a therapist that understood me so wondering what resources people went to.

Hi there! I think an online forum is great, but must be taken with a grain of salt. For a lot of people here aren’t capable of giving help; especially in a Counseling setting. Have you tired local support groups?

Sexual health clinics in the UK often have counselors that are LGBT friendly . It depends on what particular issues you wish to discuss. Sometimes a health advisor or a counselor may be suitable, sometimes its a psychosexual therapist.
