Testicale sore randomly for some reason

i had fever last week and my testicales starting hurting for some reason i dont know why this happened.

any suggestions to help?

Hey, when I'm feverish my testicles always hang low, get warm, and ache. I usually try a cool wet cloth and wear a jock strap to give the boys a lift. A suspensory will also do the trick and keep your penis separated and all equipment a little cooler. Usually lasts no more than 24 hours. If it continues, I would see your doc soon because you don't want a testicular torsion which can be quite serious.

Just watch if warm and the nuts are loose when wanking you can knock them that you don't notice till pain discomfort later I get that sometime in summer heat m8
