So a few days ago I had what appeared to be a bite on my heel. Then over a couple of days a series of ‘bites’ have appeared. No idea what these are and on both heels but they are so itchy. Can anyone tell me what they might be?

These look like Pomphollyx to me which can arise from an eczema like process , but also if you did have an actual bite they could be an allergic reaction
