Spot thing on foot

Hi I’ve had these on my foot for a good couple of weeks now. It was itchy the other day

Can anyone point me in the right direction please

Have u tried a fungal cream, and checked it’s not something in one of your shoes rubbing

Try some antifungal oinment or spray. if you work out and shower at the gym, try to stay away from that, or use sandals when showering in public bathrooms.
