I've been having some (slight) pain for over a year now near my right testicle (sometimes it is near the base of the penis, other times it feels like it's in the testicle). I went to see two doctors 6 -9 months ago and they said I had no lumps and everything was fine. Should I go see another doctor?

Pain near testicles
I was in a similar position last Monday, with a pain in my right testicle and just to the right side of the base of the penis. A day or so later the right testicle became swollen. I was diagnosed with epididymo-orchitis. Although it seems unlikely, if you have had this for a year without symptoms other than the ones you've mentioned, you might want to seek out support to rule out other causes for your symptoms: for example, an STI (if you are young) which hasn't fully resolved, or a simple urinary tract infection which has developed into something else, as it did with me. You could see your GP with a urine sample and ask to have it checked for infection. In my view pain always means something is wrong, so don't ignore it; get support.
Hi, I have the same problem, an ache near my testicle, at first i thought it was actually my testicle but sometimes it changes positions, sometimes it’s kind of my inner leg what’s hurting and sometimes somewhere between my ingle and my ass and just like you I have been tested and tested and doctors said everything’s all right but it keeps hurting I have almost 3 years with this pain , one dr suggest that it was probably an hernia other that it might be an infection non treated, and other said that it was because I didn’t have sex more often, I did treatment for everything and the pain just become chronic, I spend several months without feeling it but then it comes back. So you can see if any of this “reasons” the doctors gave me suits you and tried fixin it
Yeah exactly it's not really the testicle but like next to it. I think it's a hernia because I did some heavy lifting and I wasn't prepare. I had it even when I was having sex daily so I don't think that's the problem. I'm not sure, I'll get it checked up probably in the summer holidays.
It’s probably that then¡ the problem with me was that it wasn’t big (or there was no hernia at all maybe)so they couldn’t get rid of it
So early August I went to the urologist and he said I had no hernia or cancer. He then sent me to a physiatrist to get it checked out because I was having pain also in my leg and back. He said it had to do with a nerve. Two days ago I went to the physiatrist and told me that it wasn't the pain was just cutaneous (phew, no problem with the sciatic nerve). I suggest you see a physiatrist or something like that. He cracked my back (don't remember the exact name but it was similar to what chiropractors do) and the pain has gone down. He told me to rub the areas that hurt because it should stimulate the nerves (didn't really understand it - maybe it's to do with increasing circulation).
