I just developed this thinking it was poison ivy as I have it on my arms. But I don’t think that’s what it is any suggestions? No sexual contact with anyone new. It is very red itchy and swolen

Its hard to make out anything different to normal in the picture. If you are talking about the slight redness ( erythema ) at the penile shaft/base then it looks like a skin reaction and hydrocortisone 1% cream would help.

It could also be candida / thrush transmited by a female partner , sometimes they have no symptoms , she could have it and not know .

The only solution is treatment for both at the same time .
