Hi all, does anyone have a warm up routine when running with asthma, this cold weather just makes my chest go all tight and I end up only being able to run a fraction of the planned route.

Thanks

my brother also suffers with asthma very bad growing up he use to take a hot water bath like really hot water obviously not to burn his skin and then wear alot of clothing before we ran thinking on in they may have just been mind over matter but he use to push a little more every day running puts a strain on the body i suggest you take your time with it try not to rush it and do sessions of other cardiovascular training to help with it
