My penis skin is swollen. Its been a month. Help!!

Im a 18 year old guy, Im circumcised. Recently, I noticed that my penis skin below the glans, has become more thick and swollen. Also the skin looks different there, its all wrinkly and laggy. When I have an erection, the skin doesnt completely stretch, its still loose.

I’m sorry for ignoring your request. It’s just that a spammer has hijacked your post.

With regards your question. Does your glans (head) remain uncovered when soft and hard? If it does then the loose skin is a cosmetic issue rather than a failure of the circumcision. A surgeon could revisit the site and remove more skin, but I’m not sure it would be worth the pain and healing process all over again, unless the present situation is really upsetting for you?
