I don't know what you mean by nesbit plication but Cialis is the right medication to help your erection. You take it half an hour before you have sex and it helps your erection for up to 36 hours. It will not automatically erect your penis as sexual stimulation is also required (mental desire and / or physical stroking). Your report says you have some leakage in your blood vessel and a bend in your shaft. This is sometimes called Peyronie's Disease.
