This happens to me too, but with the right testicle on occasion. Did you have an undescended testicles?

No none of that this just started about a year ago but it is painful I have to push it back down it makes sex uncomfortable and undesirable

Are you cut or uncut? A tight circumcision is what causes this. A tight foreskin is another possability.

I have it as well. Mainly after sex don’t know why. I mentioned it to a doc a few years ago and he had a gander feel and said that it’s probably a weak muscle or something. Said it’s common and rarely something serious.

Have had it happen for a while though.

Yeah, get this fairly often. More noticeable during masturbation, testicles get very tight n leftie disappears n have to push it back down especially if laying on my back, can be very uncomfortable I feel your pain mate

Please see this. You should really get this checked to avoid testicular damage: netdoctor.co.uk/ask-the-exp...

This sounds like a cremasteric reflex . I would also check for hernias as you should not have discomfort when it happens

Thank you all I had talked to my doc about it like 6months ago he said it was normal but I clearly disagree he did check for a hernia and said negative but it really sucks
