looks fungal to me,if one brand of cream doesn't fix it try another

Yeah I’m on fungal now. Could something fungal like this cause a sort of weak feeling or a malaise if if gets into the bloodstream?

sorry don't know.I've not heard of fungal infection getting into bloodstream
