I've had some minor discomfort from this issue, but nothing to this extreme. It's gotten so bad that I'm having to fix it every few minutes. I try to do it discreetly as possible, but one of my jobs is at schools with kids, and as much as I try to deal with it or wait until in between classes, I still often have to end up straightening my penis while they are present, and fortunately there have been no comments or complaints about it brought to my attention yet.
I've lost 30 pounds so far, and that has not fixed it. It seems to have made it not as drastic of an issue, but it is still uncomfortable. I've tried taping it up, and the tape just wears out and it curls back into the skin. I've tried rubber bands, and it only seems to stop it if they are so tight that I cannot urinate, so I stopped that after only 2 tries.
I have an extender, because it looked like this would help to keep it secure, but it only stays on if I am standing up straight or sitting leaned back, but if I bend over or lift my leg too high, it falls off, and the metal falls down my pants and hits the floor.
The only time it seems to not be happen is if I'm having an erection, but those are far and few between, and I cannot make it so I have an erection all day every day, so that's not a solution either.
Getting surgery is just not an option for me at this time. The procedure would be about 4 thousand dollars, and my insurance wouldn't cover it, and since my employer offers the absolute minimum they can according to US and Texas law, I just can't cover it. I'm not eligible for having medically necessary services I cannot afford covered by the state the way some states up north have, as in Texas you either get the limited plan, or you pay hundreds of bucks every month for a somewhat decent plan, which I just can't do.
So, if losing weight isn't helping, I can't get surgery, and an Extender cannot keep it secured for more than a short amount of time not moving, what else is left?
