Hi

Since Sunday, when the bandages from my circumcision came off, I've been cleaning the incision twice a day with a water/Epsom salt mixture. The healing process is going pretty well, but i'd just really like to know for how long should I carry on the "Epsom Salt/Water" cleaning?

A Week or Two OR For the entire 4/6 Week healing process?
