Hi guys. I've had some spots on my penis for a really long time and it seems like they're spreading now. Does anyone know what it is please?

Hey mate, I have same just been to sexual health clinic & dr said fordyce spots, if worried pop to your nearest sexual health clinic.

They are harmless Fordyce spots.
