Introduction About My Life

Hello guys, I am completely new here. I just want to share a brief background about myself, if I may. I received my health wake up call a while back, when I went to the hospital multiple times due to a cervical herniated disc, high cholesterol, and kidney stones. All of these illness and disease were because I did not watch over the food I ate and the life style I was living in. It was at that time I made a decision to change the way I eat and the way I live my life. I hope that none of you will have to go through what I went through, and I am trying my very best to encourage others to live a health life. Thank you.
