I’ve lost 50% + of my sensation. Plus side I can last a lot longer but the bummer is that when you don’t feel much it sometimes goes soft. It’s been 7 months for me already and it seams like it’s getting better. I guess it will take time to get close to what it was before. Good luck and yeah your turned out 100 times better than mine.

After first cut doc left some inner, but he placed stitches too tight so scar wasn't able to heal nice... I don't know, maybe you saw my pics after first surgery. It was horrid, almost I got depression, ugly look, loss sensations and painful erection.

In revision doc removed old scar and rest of inner skin, placed skin from shaft close as possible to the glans. He used high quality stitches, wich are normal to use in plastic surgery. He is very skilled surgeon, helps people with burned skin for example.

After second cut night erection wasn't painful, I used half-elastic bandages, so I have almost no swollen. Healing process was very quickly, about 3-4 weeks and my cock looked like be never touched by scalpel.

Few days ago I had laser surgery and doc removed rest of my frenulum, makes my underside of glans smooth with very nice anatomically V-shape. I can post some pics.

I wanted to ask a couple of questions as I believe my cut is going to end up like yours which i am also not going to be please about. I didn't do enough research beforehand and didn't know there were more than one cut (silly me).

I wanted to ask how sensation is for you now? is it very bad? what was the reason you got cut / i could just about retract the foreskin over my head while erect but it was uncomfortable.

Also how tight is it when you are hard? I haven't got hard yet as im only 8 days in but i cant see there being enough skin left to get fully erect!

Sensations isn't very bad, neither bad. It's okay, not super plesureable, but Im still able to quick wank, so it's fine After cut I thought, o gosh it will take ages to cum, but with time situation got better and better.

I got cut because esthetic reason, I had normal foreskin and I could retract it almost to half of the shaft position. Thats why I was mad with my low cut...

My skin on shaft is still mobile when hard but it's minimal. I don't know how to decribe my tightness
