Post-circumcision wound

Hi all,

I’ve been reading a lot of the circ posts on here and they’ve been really helpful so just looking for some feedback on mine.

Basically, I had my circumcision done 3 weeks ago and I’m getting concerned that my current situation is not part of the normal healing process...

The front seems ok and has a normalish looking scar line but the back area seems to be a bit of wreck and is constantly oozing sticky yellow gunk before scabbing over and then repeating the process again.

Thinking I need to see my doc about this again - any advice would be appreciated though.

Hey man, sorry to hear it’s taking a little longer there but I have been actively reading a lot of posts on this forum and another and I think your situation is part of the normal healing process. Most urologists would tell you it can take up to 6 weeks for a complete healing so you’re only halfway there.

I think your dick looks good but that’s only my opinion and the frenulum I’ve read takes longer to heal.

Didn’t see the picture. You must have added it on later. I think both skins (up and down) should be reattached together. Some stitches must have come off. You should indeed go back to your urologist ASAP!!
