Hi, I’m 18 years old and I have had this pimples all over the head of my penis for as long as I can remember. I know they’re not an STD because I haven’t had sex and after some research I think it’s penile pearly papules but I’m not sure. I came here to see if there’s any one else who has this and knows exactly what it is and if there’s any treatment for it. Thanks a ton! I’m not sure if I can put a picture and I’m not tryna get banned so I’m just not gonna until somone says I can
