Circumcision after a month

It's been officially one month post procedure and I'm just checking in to see if it's all normal. Hasn't been any bleeding for weeks but stitches are still there. Quite a few stitches really. Most of them gone around the frenulum but the top, left and right sides still have a lot. The head is also still extremely sensitive where touching it with your finger causes a lot of pain. However I can play sports again and I've been masturbating for about a week and a half so it seems to be healing but I just was wondering how much longer this is going to take
