It's day 9 after my circumcision and woke up to some of the dried blood coming off at the top, can see that it's healing there's just one spot on the left that's very sore!! And around the bottom still seens pretty wet and has the blood discharge? Does the bottom heal slower then the top?

These are common
It may be precise surgery but not an exact science. It will heal at different levels.
Just keep it clean and still.
