Testicular pain and retraction

Hi!

I have a problem for a longer amount of time.

My left testicle is too high and it goes inside me every time I hold my penis up or during a sexual intercourse / masturbation.

The testicle hurts too, it’s not a terrible pain, but I can feel it often.

I went to 2 urologists and neither one saw anything, I have no torsion, no varicocele... isn’t there anything they could have overlooked?

Hi Jackie, I've struggled with this for the last few years and have been to a few physicians and even had testicular ultrasounds but the problem still remains. I'm going to be talking to some other physicians that deal specifically with this and will let you know if bnb I come across a viable treatment that works for me. Like Nowhard mentions in his post, some will have their testicle sutured to their scrotum. In the meantime, what has sometimes worked for me is wearing a cock ring around my penis and balls (not tight but snug to looser size) and that seems to help with the retraction.

Doesn’t the cock ring hurt? I was always wondering... my testicle hurts on touch most of the time and I can’t imagine having it in the cock ring
