I’m having trouble pulling foreskin back. It seems to stick to the head of penis but not all round. I have visited the doctor who prescribed a cream but does not seem to be working. Any advice

Might be a yeast infection? Have you tried Canesten? Yeast infections can cause the foreskin to be less retractable.
Try gentle stretching away from your body (as if lengthening rather than retracting).
