Only noticed it this morning, it's really sore to walk on, is this something I should see a doctor about?

Its really difficult to say, but it might be something really normal. It sometimes happens that a lot of skin builds up on the feet, especially where the heel is. Its basically dead skin that didn't "shed". You might want to visit a dermatologist or even a salon where they deal with cleaning feet etc and they might be able to tell you more.

This could be a verruca/wart. Let your GP have a look at it as it is bothering you. They can be removed.
