HELP huge bumps on penis(with pics)

What are these bumps on my penis? Sometimes the bumps get bigger then smaller again idk why, does anyone know what it is?

When and how often do u get them??? Is it a swollen nerve? They don't have an outer sore on the skin, so something internal in your body are causing them

You sure it’s not just your vein bro? Mine does the same thing, the vein at the beginning of the shaft at the bottom

I would advise seeing a doctor. From the photo it looks like they are cysts. If They are they can be removed successfully.
