I can easily pull foreskin back but not fully !
There is foreskin attached to the head of the penis which restricted foreskin to fullest
And when i try to pull it back to fullest when erection it feels so tight and i feel pain and head of penis comes on downward position
Please help

Sounds like your frenulum. Apply lanolin daily and stretch for 5 to 10 minutes should help the problem.
