I got circumcised about 4 weeks ago now I tried to masturbrate and the stitches were still there and some pain in my frenulum..what is the reason for frenulum pain for masturbration?

i don’t think you’ve fully healed, circumcision often takes 6 to 8 weeks to fully recover and sometimes even more.

Frenulum is the most sensitive and takes the longest to heal, so you might feel discomfort for a while. Also, if you suffered from phimosis, your penis glans will be extra sensitive on top of that sensitive frenulum so that explains the possible pain/discomfort.

Stitches will have done their job by week 4 for sure, might want to contact your doctor whether those stitches need to be taken out manually.
