Buried penis

Hi guys a little over 4 months since I was circumcised but I’ve noticed my penis always seems to be buried and only a little bit of the tip sticks out, sometimes it sticks to the inner skin which makes it feel weird and right when it decides to pop out, can I do anything to stop this from happening and also I’m over weight so don’t know if that plays a part in this

Wow bad drs advice then circ only makes it worse.
