Sore bellend

Hi, new here, just wanted to ask if anyone would know why this would be... I'm 17 and I've noticed that when I'm having sex with my girlfriend my bellend can get quite sore when it is touched my something, usually when there is lots of moisture it's fine but if something directly touches it it can be quite painful. I've not been circumcised but my foreskin can come way back bellow my bellend if I want. Thanks!

It is normal for the glans of an intact man to be highly sensitive as you describe. Regular, frequent retraction should help to condition it to touch. While having sex, be sure to lubricate well.

Yeah, I do my best to always lubricate well. It is only sore really when something directly touches it. It's fine to slip in and out of my girlfriend, but yeah. Thanks!

Start the practice of retracting each and every time you pee. Also, during masturbation, flick your foreskin back and forth over your glans, using lube if necessary to help lesson the friction.

Also, refrain from using soap to wash the internal parts. Skin back and rinse with clear water, pat dry and replace skin. This will prevent irritation which could leas to high sensitivity.

Enjoy the ride!

I actually have one more thing to say, when my penis is fully erect, I can't move my foreskin over my bellend, it's too big to fit it over. I'm able to do it fine when flaccid, my penis grows exponentially when erect, it goes from about 3" flaccid to around 7-7.5" erect, is it normal not to be able to fit it over an erect penis?

At 17, it is still common but not ideal. The good news is that you can fix it. Learn how at drelastic.com. In 6 weeks of dedication to stretching, you’ll notice dramatic improvement. Plan on four sessions of five minutes each for every day. Once the opening is big enough, you might need to lengthen your frenulum (banjo string). The website shows you how.

I also have one more thing. Try applications of a small amount of coconut oil to your glans and inner foreskin.

When I have sex, I try to move the foreskin back before I get an erection, if I get one before I move it back, yeah I'll just do it with it covered because there's nothing I can do about it.

This way you are not fully experiencing sex, the foreskin moving over the head is a very pleasurable part of sex and masturbation, i advise you start stretching asap, you will thank yourself.
