Need Help

Hi I just turned 18 and i just realized, now that im an adult, there's still something on my body that haven't changed (im talking about my private part). Well you see i've been circumcised for 8 years now and yet i still see the skin attached low behind my dinder (when its flaccid the skin im referring to---'that is attached behind my little friend' is notciable and its the same when its erect). Now that im technically old enough, i need to know what to do with it. And i wanted to know, is this normal or should i do something about it immediately?

Your skin attached low? I am afraid I am not following what you are trying to say. Try to be a bit more specific, or if you don't want to show via picture of the real thing, some guys "draw" it to be more visual ^^.
