I think it has to do with the frenulum.

I mean genes do play a part as well but not in most cases.

I think that because the frenulum is attached to glands it restricts it from stretching to its potential size.

When you compare alot of penises with and without a frenulum, you see a difference between the sizes.

I still have my frenulum even though I was circumcised 3 weeks ago.

Doctor had left it after I requested it to be removed. But oh well I'll just use some compound w on the frenulum area and see if it will dissolve that tissue of skin.

I'm 19 btw with a 3 inch flaccid dick and an intact frenulum.😐

Looking at the first two comments I am really wondering what this forum has turned into. Your penis size is determined genetically. You might be a late bloomer and might have started puberty later. Penises can grow up to the age of 22, with some people even longer. There is currently no "natural" way of growing your penis other than surgery.

Also mind you, "small" is a relative term. Don't take porn as the standard.
